Fire Protection Engineer
James is involved with a research project at Oklahoma State University where he is researching the long term effects of corrosion in a fire sprinkler system. FPEeXTRA Issue 61 - SFPE
James graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering and Technology. He has 3 years of experience working for a fire sprinkler contractor, where he was involved in a variety of projects including high rises, warehouses, industrial buildings, churches, hospitals, and office spaces. He also has a year of experience at a large engineering firm which was primarily focused on industrial warehouses and processing centers.
Since joining the ils team, James has earned his FE certification as well as his PE license.
When he's not at work he enjoys living an active lifestyle going snowboarding, snowmobiling, wakeboarding, hiking, dirt biking, and whatever adventures may come his way.
